Where Every Watch Finds Its Rhythm Again
Thoughtful repair and careful restoration for wristwatches, pocket watches, and cherished heirlooms. Serving collectors and everyday owners from our workshop on Tha Phae Road.
What We Offer
Three Ways We Can Help
Each service is sized to what your watch actually needs — nothing more, nothing less.
Watch Tune-Up & Regulation
For watches that run but have drifted from accurate time. We inspect the movement, ease lubrication where required, and regulate the rate across positions so the watch keeps a dependable pace again.
- Professional measurement before and after
- Selective lubrication where needed
- Short service warranty on the adjustment
Full Overhaul with Refinishing
A complete service for watches in regular wear that deserve renewed reliability. The movement is fully cleaned, lubricated, and regulated. Case and bracelet are gently restored to your preference — original character kept wherever you wish.
- Full movement disassembly and cleaning
- Sympathetic case and bracelet refinishing
- Step-by-step documentation of the work
Pocket Watch & Antique Restoration
Patient work for pocket watches and older wristwatches — including hand-finished replacement parts. Enamel conservation, worn train correction, and careful rebuilding. Well suited to heirlooms where history matters as much as function.
- Careful assessment before any work begins
- Enamel and painted dial conservation
- Timelines set to match the delicacy of the task

Questions
Things People Often Ask
How do I know which service my watch needs?
We start with an assessment rather than an assumption. Bring or send your watch, describe what you've noticed, and we'll examine it and suggest the most appropriate path. A tune-up often suffices for a watch that simply keeps irregular time, while a piece showing wear or mechanical issues may benefit from a fuller overhaul.
How long does each service take?
A tune-up is typically completed within a few days. A full overhaul with refinishing generally takes one to two weeks depending on case condition. Antique and pocket watch restorations are scheduled with more flexibility — timelines are discussed and agreed before work begins, as these pieces often require sourcing or hand-finishing of parts.
Do you work on all watch brands and movements?
We work on a wide range of mechanical and automatic movements, including vintage and antique pieces. If your watch has a particularly rare movement or requires manufacturer-specific tooling we do not hold, we'll tell you honestly at the assessment stage rather than proceed inappropriately.
What does "sympathetic refinishing" mean in practice?
It means we follow your lead. Some owners want a case restored to a near-new appearance; others prefer to retain the patina and character their watch has developed over the years. Before any exterior work begins, we discuss what you have in mind and adjust accordingly — from a light clean to a considered polish.
Can I see the condition of my watch before approving the work?
Yes, and we encourage it. After assessment, we share our findings — including photographs if needed — and outline what we recommend. You decide what to proceed with. We do not begin work without your clear approval.
Is there a way to send my watch if I am outside Chiang Mai?
We do accept watches sent from other parts of Thailand. Contact us first so we can discuss packing recommendations and arrange a return quote. For antique or high-value pieces, we suggest a brief conversation before shipping to make sure expectations are well aligned.
