How Every Service Begins
Receive & Record
The watch is examined on arrival and its condition is photographed and noted. A receipt is issued with the agreed scope.
Assess & Advise
We open the case and examine the movement. Findings are shared with the owner before any repair work begins.
Service & Measure
The agreed work is carried out and the movement is tested on the timegrapher. Results are recorded throughout.
Return & Document
The watch is returned with a written service record and before/after measurement results.
Service 1
Watch Tune-Up & Regulation
A lighter service for watches that are running but no longer keeping accurate time. We inspect the movement, adjust lubrication where needed, and regulate the rate across positions so the watch settles into a dependable rhythm.
A practical option for owners who simply want better timekeeping without a complete overhaul. We measure the watch on professional equipment and share the results before and after.

Full Overhaul with Refinishing
A complete service combining a movement overhaul with sympathetic exterior refinishing. The movement is fully cleaned, lubricated, and regulated, while the case and bracelet are gently restored to suit the owner's wishes.
Recommended for cherished watches in regular wear that deserve renewed reliability and a tidier appearance. We always ask how much refinishing the owner prefers, so original character can be kept where desired.
